RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
If you wish to arrange a return or exchange you must contact us within 10 days of placing the order/date of issued receipt.
This can be done by emailing through a completed Returns Form HERE
Alternatively, please contact us through any of the methods available at the bottom of our home page. If the desired return or exchange complies with our Policy, you will be issued a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. Attempting to return an item without this process of approval can result in the return being rejected.
Returns that fail to meet these standards will be returned at customer expense. You will be contacted by an SGS staff member should your exchange choice not be available. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs including return postage, all order exchanges will incur a shipping fee of $10 regardless of total order cost.
A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the total refund/credit amount if the product or products are received past 21 days from the date the order was originally placed.
Please make sure items are returned in original condition with all original garment tags attached. Sanitary items cannot be refunded/exchanged/credited.
Please allow 7 days for your exchange to be processed and re-delivered.
Refunds will only be given for items deemed faulty, exceptional circumstances or at the discretion of Secret Girl Stuff. Our lovely staff are happy to answer any size or fabric related questions to ensure you purchase the correct size. Additionally, our online size guide is a detailed reference to ensure you make the correct size choice.
This refund policy applies to change of mind purchases as well unless the product description or image does not reflect the item received. No return/exchange/refund/credits are accepted on sale items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
All purchases can be exchanged for a different size or returned for a credit note within 10 days from purchase, after contact with us has been made, with a notable exception of sale and sanitary purchases such as hats, earrings, cosmetics ect. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Credit Notes will be in the form of a coupon code that must be entered at the checkout stage. Should you be issued a credit, the total amount must be used in one transaction. If this does not occur, you will forfeit any surplus of the total credit amount.
All credit notes must be redeemed within 12 months of issue, all gift cards are valid for up to 12 months from date of issue. Gift Voucher expiration dates are subject to exception. Any Gift Voucher donated by Secret Girl Stuff may only be valid for up to 3 months. Be sure to note expiration date.
Sale is only valid on select items only, marked down on site. Valid in store and online. Sale prices cannot be backdated to orders placed prior to its commencement. We do not accept returns on sale items unless the item is considered faulty. Terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of Secret Girl Stuff Team. Please note that processing and shipping times may take slightly longer during sale period.
All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied.
Primarily, all domestic orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed, once collected it is booked on express postage to major cities, please allow 1 - 3 days postage to major capitals and up to 5 days delivery for areas outside the CBD, rural areas may take longer.
A $10 flat rate fee applies to all purchases under $150. Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $150 and must be ticked at checkout.
Please note. Fastway Couriers do not delivery to postage lockers or Po Boxes. Alternately, we resort to Australia Post. You will still be issued tracking and the same flat rate of $10 will incur should your order be under $150.
Christmas periods: please allow up to 7 - 10 days for your order to be processed and delivered due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays during holiday periods.
Please be aware that online orders may be processed over the weekends however not dispatched until next business day.
