Return Policy

At Secret Girl Stuff, we want you to love your purchase.

In the event of an in-store or online return, the following conditions must be followed:

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date.

Return Options

You have the following options for returns:

  1. Exchange for another item(s)
    If you choose an exchange, any remaining balance will be applied as store credit to your client account.
  2. Credit Note: Receive a credit note, valid for 3 years from the issue date.

CONDITION OF RETURN

All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached, original packaging, including undamaged boxes.

Items must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Refunds are not available for in-store purchases. For more details, please refer to the Refund Policy section.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as sanitary items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. These exclusions do not apply to returns made under consumer guarantees or as required by law:

  • Sale items
  • Altered items
  • Bespoke, Custom made and made-to-order items
  • Secret Girl Stuff gift Cards and e-gift Cards
  • Earrings for pierced ears
  • Edible products
  • Pet care products including but not limited to:
  • Grooming tools by DOG by Dr Lisa
  • Personal care items such as but not limited too:
  • Hairbrushes/combs
  • Manicure sets
  • Sexual wellness
  • Makeup
  • Hats
  • Body and Hand soaps
  • Body and hand lotions
  • Perfumes
  • Lip products
  • House decor including but not limited to:
  • Cushions
  • Reed Diffusers
  • Roomsprays

REFUNDS

At Secret Girl Stuff, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will assess the item and inform you of your options for a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Refunds will only be issued for goods with an apparent manufacturing fault, as deemed solely by the relevant manufacturer. Refunds are subject to proof of purchase. Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Please note:

• Secret Girl Stuff does not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

• Refunds are not applicable for items purchased in-store.

• Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, including incorrect choice of size, colour, style, or if you find a lower price elsewhere.

"Change of mind" refers to any return request based on personal preference and does not cover manufacturing defects or faults.
