Delivery
We are currently dispatching all online orders daily (excluding public holidays). All orders will receive a dispatch confirmation email including a unique tracking number. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.
Australian Delivery
Click & Collect
Orders are available for collection from our Rockhampton and Yeppoon boutique during store hours.
To avoid unnecessary delays, please be mindful when opting pick-up location as your item(s) might have been transferred prior.
Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification via email that your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery
All customers within 20km radius of either store locations are eligible to select complimentary Local Delivery.
Orders are usually delivered within 24hrs. Please include all relevant details pertaining to the delivery location.
Standard Shipping
Secret Girl Stuff offers free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $500.
For shipping of all orders under $500 within Australia, Secret Girl Stuff charges a flat rate of $10.
Delivery to most addresses is expected within 5 business days.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available within Australia. Express Shipping must be selected at checkout and a flat rate of $20 will be charged.
Delivery to Australian addresses using Express Shipping is approximately within 2-3 days subject to courier's schedule.
International Delivery
Shipping
International shipping costs are quoted at the checkout and will vary according to the delivery region. International shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes internationally.
Tax & Duties
Duties & taxes differ for each country and are not payable by Secret Girl Stuff.
Please check with local customs authorities prior to any purchase to understand any duties & taxes an order may incur. These charges are payable by the customer when the goods arrive in the country.
