What are your delivery times?
How much will shipping cost?

Standard Postage is a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $500.

Express Postage is a flat rate of $20. By selecting this option, your order will go to the top of the packing list, and your package will be sent out Express the next business day.

International Postage is a flat rate of $30 for all orders.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

International Postage is a flat rate of $30 for all orders.

My Order

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the fast turnaround between placing your order and when we pack it, we’re unable to guarantee a change or cancellation of an order. We can attempt to organise this for you prior to the order being shipped but this may not always be possible. If the order has been packed and awaiting dispatch we can cancel the order however you will be charged with the shipping costs.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We are so sorry this has happened! Please contact our e-commerce team to arrange a return.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our e-commerce team to arrange a return. If the item has been deemed faulty, you are eligible for full refund, credit note or exchange.

What's your Returns Policy?

If you wish to arrange a return or exchange you must contact us within 10 days of placing the order/date of issued receipt. All Return Inquiries must be submitted through email via info@secretgirlstuff.com.au

To initiate a return follow the below steps.

The subject of the email must contain Online Order Return Request #*order number*

ie. Online Order Return Request Order #8394

Please include your reason for return.

If the desired return or exchange complies with our Policy, you will be issued a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. Attempting to return an item without this process of approval can result in the return being rejected. 

Returns that fail to meet these standards will be returned at customer expense. You will be contacted by an SGS staff member should your exchange choice not be available. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs including return postage, all order exchanges will incur a shipping fee of $10 regardless of total order cost. We recommend opting for registered postal options for returns as we do not accept responsibility nor will we refund, exchange or credit lost return items.

A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the total refund/credit amount if the product or products are received past 21 days from the date the order was originally placed.

Please make sure items are returned in original condition with all original garment tags attached. Sanitary items cannot be refunded/exchanged/credited.

Please allow 7 days for your exchange to be processed and re-delivered.

Refunds will only be given for items deemed faulty, exceptional circumstances or at the discretion of Secret Girl Stuff.  Our lovely staff are happy to answer any size or fabric related questions to ensure you purchase the correct size. Additionally, our online size guide is a detailed reference to ensure you make the correct size choice.

This refund policy applies to change of mind purchases as well unless the product description or image does not reflect the item received. No return/exchange/refund/credits are accepted on sale or reduced items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

All purchases can be exchanged for a different size or returned for a credit note within 10 days from purchase, after contact with us has been made, with a notable exception of sale and sanitary purchases such as hats, earrings, cosmetics ect. All exchanges are subject to availability.
