DELIVERY SERVICES

Our E-Boutique uses a combination of AusPost and Fastway Couriers.

All rural, P.O Boxes and Parcel Locker addresses will be sent via Auspost.

Fastway Couriers delivers to metropolitan areas across Australia. Fastway does not delivery to Parcel Lockers or P.O Boxes - Street addresses only.

If you have a preference for delivery service - please contact us via email, phone or in the note section at checkout. This preference will be allocated to your customer profile for future orders.

Whether your parcel is sent via Auspost or Fastway is dependent on your address, how close a Fastway depot is to the destination, or if you have made contact with us about your preferred preference.

All orders will be issued a tracking number which will be emailed to the supplied email.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Select Express Shipping upon check out if you require your parcel to arrive quickly. Express Shipping is $15AUD. We offer Complimentary Express Shipping to all orders over $800 AUD

STANDARD SHIPPING

Our Standard Shipping flat rate surcharge of $10 AUD is applied to all orders under $500 AUD. We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping to orders between $500 and $800 AUD.

STORE PICK UP

Store Pick Up allows you to order online and pick up your purchase free from our bricks and mortar store located in Allenstown, Rockhampton Queensland.

Order by 4pm for pick up free on the same day.

We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready.

We understand you may be out of town or unavailable to collect from our store, if this is the case please don't hesitate in contacting us and we are happy to hold your purchase until you are available.

We also offer delivery. If you would like your order delivered, please leave a note upon checking out. Delivery is available to addresses in Rockhampton.

Yeppoon and Gracemere addresses are available upon request.

Order by 4pm for pick up free on the same day.
